Laurels for Springdales (Pusa Road)

Bhavya Sachdeva excelled in swimming. She is currently in Thailand and excelled at the Thailand Nationals, held at Bangkok.

In chess Mishka Mathur of 7B and won a silver medal in online tournaments in 2020 and topped the under 12 girls chess championship in the states of Bengal, Goa and Maharashtra .She also successfully completed the FIT INDIA FREEDOM RUN.

In shooting Devina Brahmachari of Class 7 th won a Gold medal in 10M Air Pistol Competition (in the UNDER 12 group). Deblina Brahmachari Class 11 represented Delhi State in 39th North Zone Shooting Championship, Delhi, in 10 M Air Pistol shooting.

At the Annual Rotary Debate Sayona Pahwa and Rupali of Class 12 were declared the best team .Sayona Pahwa was also selected as the Best Speaker.

Preet Kaur of class 8 won the Creativity Challenge. Out of the 5000 entries by the students of all CBSE schools, her film on 'Humanity- the best religion' received the first prize. She will be travelling to Adobe headquarters, San Jose post covid.

Muskan Nayyar student of Class 10, participated in a virtual Goethe Youth Camp with 15 different countries including Spain, Russia, Mongolia, Japan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and others.

Tanav Sawhney of class 7 won India's Little Superstar title under Best Speaker Category. The event was organized by Mic Vibes.

Havisha Jaitley of Class 8 was awarded a Silver Medal and a certificate of Excellence for her participation in French Olympiad National Level Examination . She won a certificate of Excellence in online poetry recitation. She has entered the Semi Final Round of Spell Inc 2020, a national level English language championship and has cleared Level 3 of International Math Champ 2020

Mannat Kaur of Class 8 was awarded the Runners up prize in the inter-school event: 'Anveshan and Mathemania' organised by Gyan Bharti Public school. She was awarded the Second Runners Up position in VLOG held at St. Thomas School

Charanpreet Kaur Sohal of Class 6th has been selected for the national level art competition Magic with Colours - Art for Voice competition.

The IT department had a glorious innings. Students at various levels won prizes and excelled in various competitions

In DAV School, Shalimar Bagh at the WARTEX Competition Mannat Kaur of Class 8 won the First prize , Hiya Chaddha of Class 12 won the Second Runner Up RAISE A RAP, Unnati Jangir, Nandini Parashar of Class 11 won the Second Runners Up position in ART AND DESIGN

At INTACH HECS our school swept the awards for Maximum Movie Submissions. The winners were: Hiten and Nitya Arora of Class 11 in the Best Documentary category, Kaustabha Vohra of 9 in the Best Editing category, Jaskaran Narula of 10th and Preet Kaur Narula of 9th for the Best Story Line

Saachi Dhamija photography was featured in Ibaarat by Baatein , a digital creative publication for art as well as artists. She participated in SDG Lensation World Photography Day and bagged the first position in the Good Health and Well Being category.

Diya Bhandari and Srishti Chopra of Class 12 won cash prizes for excellent performance in an Investor's Knowledge Quest held by NSE and NSDL

Sanskriti Gupta and Umair Alvi from Class 8 won the First and Third positions respectively in an Art competition organized by the Navjyoti Institute under the Special Needs Category.

As part of the 72nd death anniversary of the Father of the Nation fifteen students of our school Pusa Road participated in the Inter Faith Prayer Meeting and offered a musical tribute at Gandhi Smriti.

Inaya Gala of 7th won a special prize in an online School Story Writing Competition. She conducted an online live music concert with Bridge Music Academy.

Anika Gogia of 10th excelled in the DELF A1 French Examination conducted by Alliance Francais de Delhi. She also contributed to the Ibaarat magazine with evocative poems and articles.

Tanya Sharma of 6th won a Special Mention Prize for photography in the Global Tiger Day Poster Making Competition.

Tanisha Singh won the 2nd prize in EXOMENT 2020 a photography competition and was awarded the 3rd prize in doodle making .

Gaurav Singh of Class 12 was awarded the 2nd position in the PSYCHO-SOCIO-VIBGYOR IN ART at New Horizon School.
