Sports at Springdales has brought together thousands of students in endeavors of team- work leadership and sportsmanship; along with promoting physical and emotional well-being.

As many as 600 students from the Junior and Senior School attend the Morning Coaching Sessions. Many have won laurels in Sports at the inter-school, zonal, state and national level.

The Serbian Government and Ministry of Sports organized a conclave for educators to create links with schools in the Delhi NCR. Ma'am Wattal was part of the Principals delegation to Serbia for exploring the scope of enhancing the focus on sports in schools. Our students subsequently attended a 12 day football camp organized by the Serbian Government.

The Annual Athletic Meet of the school saw an inspiring blend of energy, skill and enthusiasm on the field.

It's been another successful year for Springdalian footballers. The Shri I.P. Kapoor Memorial football match between Pusa and Dhaula Kuan teams, saw them play with a lot of zeal. The enthralling match was won by Springdales, Pusa with the score 1:0.

The Under 17 girls team secured the 3rd position in the CBSE Tournament. More power to the Girls!

Kanav Nagpal was adjudged as the most promising player at the 27th Brother Mahony Memorial Tournament and is representing Delhi in the nationals in the Andamans. Jiya Maheshwari participated in the Junior national football championship at Kolhapur.

Five Springdalian football players have been selected for the National Camp.

In a crowning achievement, Aadi Mittar represented India in the Under- 12 category at F. C Barcelona Academy Football World Cup in Spain.

Our Roller Hockey team won a gold medal in Championship held at National Bal Bhawan

Our swimmers have performed commendably this year too. Bhavya Sachdeva is ranked 3rd in India and represented the country in the relays at the Tenth Asian Age Group Aquatic Championship held in Bengaluru. She bagged the Bronze in the National tournament and the 10th Asian Age Championships. Kenisha Upreti and Hiya Bose secured silver and bronze medals respectively at the zonals; Anvi Agarwal bagged gold, silver and bronze in different events.

Our winning streak continued in the basketball where Springdales Teams secured spots in the Senior, Junior and Sub- Junior categories for both Boys and Girls.

Kabir Punjabi and Vedanta Koul bagged Bronze at the inter -Zonal Level. The former also secured the silver medal in the Delhi State Championship.

Athletic Zonals saw Springdalians sprint to the finish and increase the medal tally in the track and field events. Our girls relay teams won silver and bronze in the senior and junior categories.

Badminton and Lawn Tennis Competitions saw an impressive performance by Springdalian boys and girls in different categories. Anvi Duggal has been selected to play in the Delhi Badminton League. In Chess the Senior and Junior teams were adjudged first. Mishka Mathur and Sahib Suri participated in the nationals at Indira Gandhi stadium.

Rakshit Kapoor won a silver medal in the Fourth India Open International Taekewondo Championship.

Ansh Mehta represented Delhi in the Archery Nationals. Richeek Mathur and Ayanveer Singh Khurana secured a spot in the Delhi Under 19 and under 16 Cricket team respectively. Ayanveer also received the 'Man of the Match' award. Aradya Reu was selected to play in the Delhi District Cricket Association Tournament.

Kanika Sharma won bronze medals in the Central Zone CBSE Competitions and the Delhi State Boxing Championship. Anshul Kabthiyal is currently ranked 2nd in the Indian golf union National junior order of merit, and has been a winner in various Golf Tournaments in the city. He was 1ST Runners Up in the Eastern India Championship at Kolkata.

This year Golf Coaching has been introduced in the Junior School and is being held twice a week.

In skating, Mannat Kaur struck gold at the CBSE zonal level and was selected for the nationals at Raipur where she secured the bronze.

Debalina & Devina Brahmchari have done themselves and the school proud by winning medals in several competitions in the city and claimed Bronze at the Nationals in Shooting!

In a laudable distinction, Shreyaans Goel won the bronze medal in the International Table Tennis Junior Championship at Oman. He is currently ranked Number 3 All India in the Under 17 age category.
